Tasting Notes

Aromas of pear drops; ripe stone fruit & citrus are intermingled with delightful hints of exotic French nougat and rose petal. This is an amazingly attractive wine that has depth, concentration and is ever so alluring. The palate is full, rich with masses of creamy texture and layers of complexity.


Hand harvested in small ripe parcels, each variety was gently crushed and allowed to naturally ferment. The three wines were blended together and kept on the original Pinot Gris yeast lees without sulphur for aging, enhancing the palate weight and giving the wine a deep sense of luxury and opulence.
